The Namateurs began in 1982 as a theatre club and have been producing plays in English ever since. Our repertoire has included dramas, plays, comedies, farces, thrillers and pantomimes. Although our performances are in English our troupe is made up of several nationalities and accents are skillfully accommodated whether the texts are by Shakespeare, Ayckbourne or Woody Allen.
The Namateurs usually stage two performances a year: a play or comedy in May and a family-oriented production or pantomime in December.

The Namateurs always need new members.
